We are an international shipping company which have been active in the market for almost twenty years and listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Due to rapid growth of our business we are now looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the following position:

CORPORATE SECRETARY (CPS)

This is senior managerial level. The incumbent will be reporting directly to President Director and be responsible for all aspects of investor relations, corporate communication and capital market analysis.

Qualifications:

  Male or Female, below 40 years of age will be preferable
  *
  Min S-1, graduated from reputable universities majoring in business law, economic, technical, finance or public administration
  *
  Having more than 6 years experience in public or investor relations including 2 years as Corporate Secretary
  *
  Good knowledge in capital market regulation
  *
  Fluent in English both oral and written
  *
  Computer literate
  *
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
