We are National Shipping Company looking for candidate to fulfill
position as follows:

(1) HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT & GENERAL AFFAIRS SENIOR MANAGER
(2) HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER/DPA
Qualifications are:
• Male of age maximum 40 years old (1, 2)
• Bachelor/Master Degree in related background from reputable
university (1, 2)
• Excellent leadership, communication, drafting & presentation
skill both in English and Bahasa (1, 2)
• Visionary (1, 2)
• Solid experience in human resources development spectrum (1)
• Solid experience in health & safety spectrum (2)
• At least 4 years hands on as SENIOR position, with overall
10 years experiences in Human Resource Development, preferable from
shipping industry/consulting (1)
• At least 3 years hands on as Health & Safety Manager, with
overall 7 years experiences in Health & Safety, preferable from
shipping industry/consulting (2)
• Open to frequent traveling (1, 2)
• Up-to-date on HR laws & regulation (1)
• Must be familiar with ISM Code & ISO 9001 : 2000 (2)
