Sales Recruitment & Training Head ( Code : SRTH )



Summary of Main Responsibilities :

- To increase company's performance through developing recruitment & training method, working closely with all Dept. on the ULB, especially for sales team Card and other ULB product in order to achieve Bank Internasional Indonesia's mission & vision.

- Set up, control, evaluate and implemented all activities regarding the recruitment & training process directly or indirectly with sales team within their area responsibility in order to make sure and to achieve target

- Developing and monitoring Career path & conducting the evaluation

Qualifications :

- Education background min S1

- Age maximum 40 years old

- Min 3 years experience in credit card product and marketing development

- Good understanding in credit card business

- Good knowledge in system and process development

- Good knowledge of front / back office processes and procedures

- Sound understanding on credit card cycle

- Overall understanding on card's product and processes

- Good knowledge of BII product and services

- Knowledge of credit card functions, procedures, methods, records and reports

- Demonstrated credit card experience with strong knowledge of credit card system

- Good understanding of Bank policies and procedures

- Computer literacy and numerical typing skills
