HR & GA Staff

Bachelor degree (S 1) in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking/ Taxation or any relevant disciplines. 2-3 years experience as Payroll staff and Accounting in Banking or Finance. You will performing compensation and benefit process by executing the task responsibilities by ensuring good quality of work and accuracy. Maintain the employees' salary administration, budget and records, which include data on salary rates, seniority, payroll deductions for tax, jamsostek and etc. Familiar with Indonesia Accounting Standard (PSAK, PAPI, GAAP) and Bank Indonesia regulations, understand Indonesia taxation. Has knowledge of Accounting journal, petty cash and inventory is a must. Fluent in English both oral & written. Familiar with software application.
