PERSONNEL & GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF

As Personnel & General Affair Staff, you would be mainly responsible for ensuring all facilities / assets run well and handling personnel administration matters. Your tasks include payment for office operational cost, handle security matters, as well as foster good team work in the area.



In details, your duties will be:

Providing office routine operational supplies
*
Responsible for settling all personnel administration matters (overtime, maternity, insurance, etc)
*
Controlling costs for operational matters
*
Responsible for controlling electricity maintenances as well as security of facilities & assets
*
Responsible for keeping the working environment clean, sound and safe

To be fit in with the role, you should:

*
Male, max 28 years old
*
Have a minimum of S1 degree from related majors
*
Have a minimum of 1 years of working as HR&GA Staff, experienced from telecommunication industry will be preferred
*
Possess sound communication skill, first-class customer service attitude, as well as good organizing skill.
*
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skill since you are going to work in a team
*
Ready to travel
