We are an international services company for the resources sector,
plant engineering, civil construction, transportation, and earthworks
to serve our clients in fiber plantation and chip, pulp, and paper
industry. Our people are some of the best in the similar type of
business, with considerable competencies and extensive experience
across all areas of our operations. And currently, due to rapid
business expansion, we are seeking for the highly motivated
professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions:


FINANCE & ACCOUNTING HEAD (FA-HD)
Responsibilities: Control AP, AR, GL, and Tax on accuracy data
updating to system; conduct monthly Reconciliation AP and AR with
Supplier / Contractor and Customer; keep improving data control for
AP and AR; control and ensure all invoices (AP) input in to system by
AP staff within timescale from invoice received date; ensure cost
accrual review done within time scale every month; supervise to send
monthly financial report within time scale every month; control
billing and collection system for company group effectively; control
billing and collection system for external company by ensuring all
invoices are collectable.
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor in Accounting from reputable
university; minimum 9 years experience in the similar activities and
type of business with minimum 2 years in the same level; mastering
Economic and Accounting principles and practices; knowledge of the
financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of
financial data; able to keep confidential information; good problem
solving techniques; strong analytical skills; high standard of
personal conduct.

SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SF-SV)
Responsibilities: Supervise personnel engaged in health, safety, and
environmental (HSE) functions within KPSI; evaluate and ensure
compliance on applicable rules, regulations, policies, standard, and
procedures on HSE; measure physical hazards, recommend corrective
action, and assess effectiveness of safety programs; delivers
presentations, training, or instruction to staff, management,
clients, or the general public.
Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Health and Safety or Engineering
from reputable university; 5-6 years experience in the similar
activities and type of business with minimum 1 year in the same
level; proven knowledge of HSE Regulations and Law; possesses and
applies broad knowledge of HSE-related theories, principles, and
techniques; strong analytical thinking; excellent skills in
investigation and report writing.

LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (LG-SV)
Responsibilities: Review logistics-related processes, systems, and
costing and initiate corrective and preventive measures; manage and
supply logistics material request to be delivery as per schedule;
monitoring incoming and outgoing materials / equipment / inventory;
prepare regular report to Procurement Manager and or management.
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor in Management or Engineering from
reputable university; 5-6 years experience in the similar activities
and type of business with minimum 1 year in the same level;
understanding in material flow (receiving, stocking, and issuing);
knowledge of export and import procedure; skilled on controlling
material inventory; knowledge of Quality Management System; strong in
planning and organizing.

SAFETY TRAINER (SF-TR)
Responsibilities: Plan and organize all activities for HSE training
by internal trainer, including perform training need analysis,
develop training modules, deliver training, and running the post
evaluation as well; also responsible in planning and organizing all
activities for HSE training by external provider.
Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Health and Safety or Engineering; 5-
6 years experience in the similar activities and type of business;
knowledge of HSE Regulations and Law; knowledge of HSE theories,
principles, and techniques; excellent presentation skill; innovative
and confidence.

PROJECT SCHEDULER (PJ-SD)
Responsibilities: Schedule, maintain, and manage information progress
of project activities, include distributing that information to
related departments / units; source the information proactively and
make up into integrated report to keep intensive deal to sections of
procurements, logistic, distribution, plant engineering, and all
managers as well.
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial
Engineering from reputable university; 4-5 years experience in the
similar activities and type of business; excellent skill on Primavera
& Microsoft Project; high accuracy and strong in planning and
organizing; able to work under pressure.

QA/QC CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (QC-EG)
Responsibilities: Plan and monitor all of site quality verification
and construction activities; guide and ensure awareness of all
manpower – both under KPSI and contractors – on all of quality
aspects, including procedures, requirements, and implementations;
conduct thorough construction reviews; inspection income raw material
and component quality; implement engineering management / document
control systems.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from
reputable university; 4-5 years experience in engineering and
construction both onshore and offshore – experienced in jetty
construction would be great advantage; firm understanding on NDT
procedure, Corrosion Protection System, Civil – Mechanical –
Electrical – Instrument - QC procedure, and HSE implementation in
site; knowledge of estimating, construction costs, scheduling,
purchasing, engineering principals and techniques, and various
construction methods and installation procedures.

SAFETY OFFICER (SF-OF)
Responsibilities: Perform routine health, safety, and environment
(HSE) regulated inspections and or investigations in assigned area of
operation; ensure compliance on applicable rules, regulations,
policies, and procedures on HSE; assist the Supervisor in measuring
physical hazards and recommend corrective action; maintains detailed
inspection or investigation records, prepares reports, and attends to
other related administrative requirements; delivers presentations,
instruction to staff, management, clients, or the general public.
Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Health and Safety or Engineering
from reputable university with 3 years experience or Senior High
School graduated with 5-6 years experience in the similar activities
and type of business; knowledge of HSE Regulations and Law; knowledge
HSE-related of theories, principles, and techniques; strong
analytical thinking; excellent skills in investigation and report
writing.

General Requirements: Computer literate; excellent in English and
Bahasa both written and spoken; high personal work-motivation,
communicative, proactive, and creative; high orientation on cost-
effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety; high professional-
integrity and excellent teamwork skills; willing to travel and
relocate to Kalimantan.
