Job Title: LOGISTIC PLANNER & ANALYST SUPERINTENDENT

Directorate: Logistic & Export

Location: NAROGONG

Scope of works:

The incumbent will be responsible to support improvement team to collect, analyst data and overview the implementation. The person will also assist the Logistic Improvement Manager to set plant for any IT system to perform as SAP and FMTP super user for Logistic in several modules such as SD, MM, FICO, FTMP, etc. He/she has also be responsible in initiating any project related to IT, New Technology, SAP System requirement, Internal Control as well as to up dating the reporting system and provide a comprehensive planning to improve Logistic performance.

Requirements:



- Education: University degree, preferably from Management or Informatics Engineering

- Experiences:

*
Min. 3 - 5 years experiences related to the same job or have been in a position such as section head
*
Experienced as Data analyst, Development Analyst or Operation system, SAP Super User

- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP SD, MM

- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written

- Other qualifications:

*
Good in analytical thinking and problem solving
*
Good knowledge in Logistic & Export and ISO knowledge
*
Excellent in communication & interpersonal skills
*
Good knowledge on Project Management Approach
*
Strong leadership ability to build a cohesive team as well as coaching and mentoring employees
*
Good ability in planning, analyzing skills and reporting as well as problem solving skill
