To support our operations in Indonesia, we are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following positions:

CUSTOMER FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER (Code: CFS Mgr)

Reporting to Regional Credit Manager, the candidate will acquire principal Duties & Responsibilities that include collect cash from assigned customer A/R portfolio, identifies, assigns resolver, reports, and tracks customer service complaints, collection/Management of accounts receivable, acquires and analyzes customer financial information, assessing risk in establishing new accounts, promotes innovative approaches to financing, bringing additional opportunities to Halliburton, organize and maintain customer information and collection support to support Sarbanes Oxley, develop core working relationships with customers, other CFS personnel, F&A, BD, PSL and industry peers, establishes/develops long term relationships with customers which fosters collectability and increases market share, provide bad debt reserve and write off recommendations, administers an effective program to follow up on previously charged off accounts, assist in supervision and training of Customer Financial Services Representatives as assigned, recommend and initiate legal actions and interface with attorneys as required to maintain necessary level of attention, provide bad debt reserve and write off recommendations, administrates an effective program to follow up on previously charged off accounts.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent or with Professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA or CIMA).
2. At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in commercial credit and collection working in Multinational Company (MNC) or financial/banking institution, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position with supervisory experiences.
3. Technical competencies include good negotiation skills and the ability to operate the technological tools as it relates to areas of accountability, including Microsoft software and on-line collection software, credit risk management skills including company financials analysis and overall ability to balance risk factors for a comprehensive evaluation, ability to make independent credit decisions.
4. Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and the basis requirements to support the same.
5. Preferably senior executives or managers specializing in Commercial Credit and Collection / Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills include ability to create and cultivate relationships, handle pressure & conflict and effectively communicate & work with both customers and internal sources.
7. Ability to work in a team environment.
