Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for National Staff position within Petrosea Offshore Supply Base (POSB) for a Operation Superintendent. This role will manage the tactical and operational aspects of the integrated offshore supply and logistic operation in Petrosea Offshore Supply Base ( POSB ) Tanjung Batu - Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This is a residential position initially based in Balikpapan.

Qualifications:

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and prioritizing freight with a strong focus on value chain improvement auditing of supply chain activities, chain of responsibility and other contract compliance requirements
• Reviewing and taking action to ensure that appropriate supply chain resources, facilities and equipment capabilities are in place in the Petrosea Offshore Supply Base ( POSB ) to meet future project expansion.

Key competencies include:

• Five years of relevant industry, experience in staff position working within the material handling sector heavy lifting in Oil & Gas industry
• Be committed to safety – Safe Operating Practices
• Posses a good management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A Degree qualification in a Mechanical Engineering or similar related discipline would be well regarded
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and team skills with the ability to work autonomously embrace Petroseas values of integrity, partnership, trust, and incident and injury free operations.
