SITAC Coordinator - South Sumatra/Kal-Sul



Job Function:

1. To support Regional Manager/ National SITAC Manager in overall Site Acquisition process - permitting and managing vendors to accomplish target of SITAC project Roll Out

2. Managing Price to be within budget as stated in agreed CAP

3. Provide assistance for vendors to solve problems with landlord/ local government

4. Progress reporting, documentation, archiving all SITAC document for Regional and HQ both for internal and external purposes

5. Perform the task in Managed Service to monitor non-technical issue on site and access availability to support maintenance operation



Requirements:


1) Education:
-University Degree with at least 3 years experience in SITAC consecutively

2) Experience:
-Must have previous experience on existing Indonesia mobile network


3) Human Competency:
- Good communication skills

- Good adaptation skills

- Able to work with tight schedule

- Maintain relationship with internal team member

4)Technical Competency:
- Computer literacy

- Experience with technical site survey and lease negotiation both micro indoor/ outdoor and macro site

- Able to build relationship in local community and government institution

- Wide knowledge and understanding of SITAC milestones, real estate, legal and permitting requirements for entire SITAC process in Telco project in Indonesia
