STRATEGIC SOURCING SUPERINTENDENT

Job Title: STRATEGIC SOURCING SUPERINTENDENT
Directorate: Finance

Location: Narogong


Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Corporate Procurement Manager in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state of the art procurement way.



Requirements:

*
Education: University degree from a reputable university, majoring in Economic, Marketing or Technical science
*
Experiences: Min. 5 years experiences in middle management position in any reputable multinational manufacturing company
*
Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes
*
Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
*
Other qualifications:

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and motivate a team of people to contribute and

meet project schedules

- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Good leadership skills with the ability to interact with all levels
- Possess a good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good in managing dead line and work load
- Has a thorough understanding of consumer goods industry and nature of competition

in cement industry
