Our company is a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, which deals with well-known European truck & equipment. We are not yet in the search for high caliber people to please complete the following item in our organization:

Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

      * Directs and manages all activities for the HR field, including attraction, selection, reward & compensation, engineering and redistribution of staff;
      * Act as a focal point for the assigned area or function, Questions & Answers information for compliance with all applicable requirements;
      * Keeps developments in the laws, the people resources: Trains & Management monitors businesses, measures to ensure compliance;
      * Conduct expenses for the recruitment of personnel at all levels. Contains new employee orientation, employee relations, consulting and exit interviews
      * Monitors integrity in the creation, maintenance and updating of the company HR systems and information to ensure that all relevant information personnel are properly recorded, effectively manage and every time.

Prerequisites:

      * A minimum-S1's degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology
      * At least 5 years of relevant work experience with supervisory responsibilities Thorough knowledge of the Indonesian HR practices and regulations - Proven good management and organizational skills - Ethical, imaginative, self-motivated and self starter
      * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good written and oral English fluently is important
      * Ability to plan and manage work in an effective way to show not only the initiative, but also self-awareness.
