Voucher Activation Admin (CHN-VAA)

Job Responsibilities:

1. To summarize all Voucher Activation Request from all Sites using Carmen System
2. To activate all vouchers based on Activation Request from Carmen through SMAP system
3. To update Voucher Activation Status in Carmen based on Voucher Activation Report from SMAP
4. To communicate with all Sales Support in all sites with regard to Voucher Activation
5. To ensure all Vouchers prior to sales to Customer has been activated
6. In case of network or system down Voucher Activation Admin should execute the Voucher Activation based on request through off-line system (Fax/Email).


1. Minimum D3 from Accounting or Computer.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in Telco Company as Sales Admin or Customer Service.
3. Computer Literate
4. Analytical thingking, have knowledge in Voucher Distribution process is preferred
5. Good communication and coordination among the team
6. Fluent in English for Both Spoken and Written is preferred.
