Position : Training Instructor Supervisor
Department : Dealer Development
Working Location : Jakarta
Job Description :
· Work closely within a team to prepare training materials
· Make detail planning for training program & improvement
· Teaching in classroom
· Evaluate and analyze training result
· Submit monthly report to superior
· Responsible to maintain tools, facilities, and training equipment
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree from reputable university with technical background major in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
· Have experience minimal 2 years in similar field (as a training instructor), preferably from automotive company.
· Male, 25-30 years old.
· Has interest in automotive and has teaching skill
· Fluent in English (both oral and written)
· Fast learner, hard worker, able to work under pressure
· Have good communication skill, interpersonal relationship, and able to work in team
· Willing to travel
· Computer literate
