Analytical Process Supervisor


1. Male/Female, with age max 27 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in Psychology or Management or Industrial Engineering from reputable University, with min. GPA 3,00.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in the same position is preferred
4. Having extensive comprehension in training management (training need analysis, training matrix, training implementation and evaluation)
5. Having extensive knowledge in Human Resource Management (HRM)
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
7. Computer literate (Ms. Office : Word, Excel, Power Point is a must).
