Onsite Service Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:

*
Supervise all activities in On Site Service function for corporate and non corporate customers in order to be in line with the prevailing procedure so as to achieve the agreed level of SLA
*
Monitor the response time of each customer's incoming calls in order to support the achievement of SLA and CSI
*
Set up on site visit & service schedule in order to perform the on site service by on site team based on priority
*
Coordinate & monitor on site service team in order to provide excellence technical service & solution for every visit
*
Provide monthly report which including on case quantity, SLA and engineer performance to be submitted to Superior
*
Set up internal meeting and provide training for On Site Engineer which related to On Site Service matter and product knowledge in order to achieve high performance of On Site Service Team
*
Follow up on each customer complaint which related to the on site service in order to ensure the achievement of SLA and CSI


Qualifications:

*
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering
*
Minimum of three years working experience in on site service field
